Community Collaboration

Community collaborations include large-scale and inclusive projects such as Walls of Change, a six-month mural initiative, sponsored by Carnegie Community Centre and designed to reflect the community of the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. It also includes Community Walls/Community Voices, a 2003 large mosaic and concrete mural, involving several hundred individuals and numerous local artists and collaborators. This mural wall is located in Vancouver along Commercial Drive, between 14th and 17th Avenues.
