This two block long mural was a collaboration between seven artists from Argentina and La Raza artists, a group of Canadian artists working in the international community. It was coordinated by Sylvia Curtis-Norcross, and completed in the summer of 2007. The 5000 square foot mural, painted in 8 days, was designed by Argentinean artists Geraldo Ciencielo, Juan Bauk and Marcelo Caprani.La Raza artists: Alberto Cerritos, Brian Saby and Gerald Pedros. I added improvised sections of design as it developed. Photo documentation by Esther Rausenberg.
Working with acrylic latex on concrete, the mural was designed to enliven King Street, in downtown London, Ontario.
